Returns & refunds

What you can return, when you can cancel, and how refunds work.

Firearms

All firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to you.
If your background check is denied, or you can’t complete the transfer for another legal reason, we’ll cancel the order and refund you in full.
If a new firearm has a defect, we’ll help you send it to the manufacturer under its warranty.
Firearms special-ordered for you can’t be cancelled once ordered from the distributor, unless the distributor accepts the return.

For safety, ammunition and magazines can’t be returned once they’re picked up, except for a manufacturer recall.

Built-to-order safes can be cancelled for a full refund, deposit included, until Liberty starts building them. Your account shows when your order moves to production.
Deposits: once production starts, we refund what you’ve paid less a restocking fee of 20% of the order total. If we cancel an order for an unpaid balance, the same rule applies.
After production starts, cancellations are subject to that 20% restocking fee.
In-stock safes can be returned within 14 days if unused and undamaged, less delivery and placement charges.
Inspect your safe on delivery. Note any damage before the crew leaves so we can make it right with Liberty.

Unused accessories in original packaging can be returned within 30 days with your receipt or order number for a refund or exchange.
Special-order items, used items and anything returned without its packaging may not be accepted.
Shipping charges aren’t refundable unless we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
