What we collect, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Account and order details: name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, what you buy, and delivery notes (such as stairs and doorway sizes).
Connecticut credential: at checkout we keep only the type of credential and its last four digits. We check the full credential in person at pickup.
Payment: processed by our payment processor. We don’t receive or store your full card number.
Sign-ups: your name, email and mobile number if you join our texts or emails, with the date and wording you agreed to.
Website use: we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, to understand how visitors use our website: pages viewed, how they found us, device type and approximate location. It doesn’t tell us who you are, and you can opt out with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Federal and Connecticut law require us to keep records of firearm transfers, including ATF Form 4473 and our acquisition and disposition records. We keep them as the law requires, share them only as the law requires (for example with ATF or Connecticut DESPP), and never use them for marketing.

To process, deliver and support your orders, including placing orders with our distributors and scheduling deliveries.
To send order updates and, if you opted in, deals and news by email or text.
To meet our legal obligations and prevent fraud.

Distributors and manufacturers that fill your order (such as Liberty Safe), our payment processor, delivery partners, and the service providers we use to send email and texts, only as needed to do their job for us.
Government agencies when the law requires it, such as background checks for firearm transfers.
We never sell your personal information, and we never share your mobile number or texting consent with anyone for their own marketing.

Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Reply STOP to any text.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information (except records the law requires us to keep) by calling 203-879-1139 or emailing sptopst@gmail.com.
You can delete your website account at any time from your account’s Profile page.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure.
We keep order records as long as needed for the order, warranties, taxes and the law, and firearm records for as long as federal and Connecticut law require.

Our site isn’t meant for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children.
